The Island of Tinos

Tinos is in the Cyclades, between Andros and Myconos. It is four hours by ferry from the airport by slow ferry, two by fast boat. You fly to Athens, or Myconos. You can rent a car, the island has much to see with its 60 ancient villages, beaches etc. It is a traditional island, religious, family, very Greek, there are few tourists who are not Greek. Tinos is popular place for Greek families, young professionals who have weekend houses. Tinos is one of the very best islands, it has beauty, culture, hiking, it is across from the ancient ruins in the next island of Delos.
